Taking the Train

Edinburgh has two train stations, Waverly and Haymarket. For Melville Castle it is recommended to use Waverly station as it is the main station, with full facilities, shops and a Tourist Information Centre. Most importantly however, it is in the heart of the city centre with various transport links to the castle.
